When I was thinking of what to write for welcoming my new blog, I tried to get input from friends via social media and also tried to think as a reader what I would expect from a blog at an Astrology and Tarot website.

First of all, I would have liked to understand much better what is written in my natal chart, what the planets symbolise, what the characteristics of our Sun signs are etc. The list will go on like this.

Or when I receive a Tarot reading, I see cards a group of cards in front of me, what do they mean on their own without any context?

Himmm, I think these can be discussed much later.

I would like to direct your attention to something else. I believe that Astrology and Tarot are two areas of studies that require a lot of energy concentration. Although, it looks like the tools that are used for both are straightforward, especially in Astrology, significant amount of mathematics is required but without using the intuition it may be challenging to get good results.

However, even if an ‘inner voice’ is important which may sometimes lead us to a more subjective direction, it is always important to keep objectivity and non-judgmental approach in place. It is in a way like juggling, easy to drop the balls and lose the harmony. Nevertheless, to be a good Astrologer and a good Tarot reader, we really need a good coordination between our brain and heart.

So, where do I stand in this equation? Everyday, I try to improve my intuitive skills and take it to the next level, whilst I practice my readings regularly.
