Full Moon in Scorpio – Let’s open May 2026 with Flower Moon

Full Moon in Scorpio…

As I already covered the technical points (please have a look at my related post), now it is time for the interpretation part.

It is like since November 2024, when we first planted some seeds under the new moon, we now arrive to this point of culmination, carrying all kind of experiences we had on the way and now we need to decide how to proceed. When fixed signs (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius) are concerned, moving forward, changing paths could be sometimes challenging! The question is what got realised so far? What helped us in the first half of the journey? What hindered us? What do we want to do at this point to make the rest of the journey much worthwhile?

Now, let’s think about the Moon in Scorpio opposing the Sun in Taurus.

I will quote the following from my previous full moon texts:

“My humble intake about opposition or polarity is always around finding the middle way, trying to create balance as much as we can. We can either continue holding on to our version of story at each end or find a solution to meet these both ends. I was born during Full Moon and believe me, it is easier to resolve things rather than letting them linger!”

I think that Moon in Scorpio is about being in need of a deep emotional attachment, dedication that might sometimes bring vulnerability with itself. It is also feeling safe because we could get to the bottom of things especially when there is something to be surfaced or a mystery to be solved. Moon is not known to be at a happy place in this fixed, water sign maybe because when we reach Hadal zone of the ocean, there might not be always nice surprises waiting for us…It needs a lot of courage to face what we find at the end of our deep search! That’s why I thought for a minute Moon in Scorpio may be the soul or inner voice of a marine archaeologist?  It is not an exactly being cared for feeling of Moon when it is at home in Cancer or I know this place, I know this food, I am familiar with this environment so I am happy, I am comfortable feeling of Moon when it is exalted in Taurus. However, there is a lot of sixth sense in place, reading the room through that gut feeling…And especially when we think of Scorpio, it’s worth keeping in mind that it’s also associated with reproductive organs. So, when we started the related journey back in Nov 2024, what were our hopes about the future? How much achieved so far? I believe that where Scorpio is in our charts, the related house could give us a clue about the area of life.

And Sun in Taurus? While our soul might be yearning for making sure that there are no secrets left hidden, whatever I find might finally give me that emotional relief until the next unearthing process starts and for the moment I should be satisfied with this emotional attachment, our identity might be in a less intense, much calmer way saying ‘When there are physical or tangible things that I can connect with, which I can touch and feel, like the earth, like the soil, that’s the moment my identity starts shining! Physical attachment, familiar environment that’s what fulfils my sole existence!’ 

There is a polarity in the sense that while our soul yearns for a deep connection, some type of attachment that it can hold to at a more emotional level while our conscious part, our outer voice yearns for a type of attachment more physical that it can experience with five senses rather than the sixth sense! At the end of the day, one is about the satisfaction of our inner world, the other is about to cherish our outer world where we shine.

As I always say, the important thing is to pass the bridge, not to get stuck in the middle as in the story of two opposing goats,..What about a bit of compromise on both ends ? Sounds good! 

We can ask if there is any type of power that could act as an intermediary between our inner and outer voices? Good news that there is something quite strong which may try to convince them somehow to find a midway to continue the journey. This could be an unusual or unconventional type of transformation or some outside the box thinking type of taboo breaking  developments going on within the wider communities, in the form of social reforms and/or ground breaking technological leaps…(Referring back to the technical points part and reproduction, I will leave you with an article here  https://www.nature.com/articles/s41746-024-01006-x?utm_id=97760_v0_s00_e0_tv4 ) It might not be an easy tango, there could be some form of resistance coming from all the parties which may make the progress challenging. However, the most productive results are generally born out of clashes rather than smooth riding.

As this might feel a bit of a pull-push effect, universe could be sending some supporting energies our way as well during this full moon…What is it what is it?:))  That need of emotional attachment might get a nice support from our sense of growth, journey forward which takes power from our past, our tribe, our history, anyone or anything making us feeling cared for, loved for who we are. Beautiful, right? In addition to this, lucky soul of ours, seems to get some assistance from our step into the unknown which is more spiritual, more in touch with the collective in a compassionate way. Our core identity that is more interested in familiar environments gets a support from our more practical, more service focused foundation, innate skills.

And as I mentioned in the technical points part, we will need to let Mars do the talking for God’s sake! Why? Because it seems like that full on courage, stamina, energy expressed in a very leading way, that fiery warrior inside us might have a lot of impact on this Full Moon and some of the actors in the rest of the sky. That could be a nice energy to push us forward movement while we might have difficulty in changing our direction. It could be an encouraging feeling.

However, we may need to make more effort to adapt, to make those necessary turns if the things do not go the way we are used to or we planned to do! Maybe time to sharpen up our maneuver skills! It could be nice to give more weight to communication and practicality when we are starting the second half of the journey.

In this regard, we may need to make sure that we stand on a steady ground and communication, exchange of ideas, adaptability are included in this way forward. This way it might be easier to find the middle way between our inner voice and identity letting us to collect the fruit of what we have planted back in November 2024.
