This means that Sun and Moon will be hand in hand, in unity, in the sign of Sagittarius (01°37′).

19 years ago, there was also Total Solar Eclipse which might have made the New Moon more powerful and the new starts more impactful in our lives…Like the start of a new era…
It is in my 4th house and in the degree I mentioned in the post I have no placement neither in Sagittarius nor in Gemini in those degrees. So, I don’t recall anything particular happening around time in my family or home life.
