Sun in Sagittarius (22/11-2/12/2022)

The #sagittariusseason is here.
Today at 08:21 UK time, Sun started its journey in Sagittarius and will stay in this mutable, fire sign until 21/12 (Winter Solstice) when it will move into Capricorn.
When we think about the shift of energy from a fixed, water sign (Scorpio) to a mutable, fire sign (Sagittarius) we need to be talking about an important change in terms of self-expression, identity, vitality, the way that we ‘shine’.
After expressing ourselves in a more private, deep, emotional way, we might start a different type of expression in which there is a lot of fiery energy that is supported with free spirit, philosophical approach, telling the truth maybe sometimes in a too direct way…
Thanks to the dispositor, Jupiter (in Pisces), that will station for direct motion on the same day, we may be able to talk about a compassionate growth to be impactful on this freedom loving self-expression coming along with the Sun in Sagittarius.
In this regard, we need to see where Sagittarius is in our charts. Which area of life might be affected?
And considering that it is a mutable sign, the natal placements in mutable signs (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius and Pisces) may get the major aspects.
We need to keep in mind that the Sun moves forward a degree per day, it is a fast movement. However, depending on the points that it does touch or the aspect patterns that it might trigger, may still make this transit important.
Having said that, as I have mentioned before, let me have a look at the Solar fire chart that I have casted based on the entry of Sun in Sagittarius (0 degrees).
As tomorrow (21/11), there will be an exact conjunction between Mercury and Venus, the tight conjunction will still be there on 22/11.
So, we will be looking at a chart where there is a Sagittarius stellium if it had been a natal chart. However, since it is a transit chart, even though we can’t totally say that there is a stellium (because of the wide orbs), we may definitely say that there is Sagittarius dominance in the chart Ascendant being in Sagittarius as well. And the chart ruler will be Jupiter.
And we might see more air and fire, with an additional water energy whereas the earth element will be lacking.
So, a lot of action, quite amount of thinking and communication spiced with some emotional element will be in this chart while the grounding energy of the earth will be missing.
In this regard, it might be a period when we might need to work and make more effort for stability with the support of the other elements in our lives.
Thinking about the major events that will happen from 22/11 until 21/12, we will have New Moon in Sagittarius on 23/11 (tomorrow I will make a post about this), Jupiter and Neptune will start their direct motions, the pre-shadow period for Mercury retrograde will start and there will be a Full Moon in Gemini. Mercury and Venus will move into Capricorn. We will see how these individual events might have an impact in our lives, how they will unfold in the due course.
