Sun Sun in Scorpio / Güneş Akrep burcunda (23/10-22/11/2023)

Tomorrow (23/10) at 17:21 UK time, the Sun will be moving into Scorpio and will stay in this fixed, water sign until 22/11. It is worth noting that Scorpio is co-ruled by Mars and Pluto and currently these planets are in Scorpio and Capricorn respectively.
It might be quite a shift since Libra is a cardinal, air sign so the self-expression, identity, or power might have been in a more leading way with the impact of mind more in place. However, now there might be a sense of more emotional state which may carry a kind holding onto what we have in our hands.
Having said that, let me make a compilation about the definitions regarding sign of Scorpio as recently Mars and Mercury moved into this sign and I wrote a lot about the general expression of this sign. I say ‘general expression’ since as we know, the composition of the chart may tell us a complete different story with different placements.
So, some quotes from my posts come along:

I have a huge Scorpio stellium in my progressed chart (Mars will be leaving in a year but the rest is there, not moving anywhere soon!) and I have some natal placements in Scorpio. In this regard, maybe I can feel and understand what Scorpio may mean, maybe a bit or more, who knows😊))
After having covered the sign of Scorpio, let me look at the chart showing when the Sun just enters into the sign of Scorpio.
As the Sun is in Scorpio, the Moon will be in Aquarius, and the rising sign (Ascendant) in this chart will be Aries.
In this regard, emotionally there might be a sense feeling detached or the need for being in a community without really being involved directly with the members…It feels like ‘I am here for a social cause like you all but let’s not make it personal!’
And the Ascendant in Aries might symbolise being energetic, driven, courageous or even impatient in approach to life along with the enthusiasm of taking initiative.
In terms of modality, it is possible to say that there is a dominance of fixed signs which might mean that this Scorpio season might be more about keeping things in hand rather than initiating new stuff or changing direction unless there is a valid reason for this attitude.
In terms of elements, there is a dominance of the placements in water signs while there is a lack of air and fire (only one placement in each element). It might be quite an emotionally charged period especially with the involvement of Scorpio placements, it may be intense while we may have to push ourselves for more energy, action and also mental involvement.
We can’t disregard the stellium in Scorpio at the beginning of this season once again reiterating the intensity that might come via our energy, mind and our own selves.
I will not get into the other details of the charts which have been there for a while and I have mentioned them in different occasions.
Having said that, as Scorpio is a fixed sign, if you have placements in fixed signs (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius) these placements might be impacted more during this short transit. And depending on where Scorpio is placed in our natal charts, that area of life will be affected by this transit.
It is always worth noting that our natal Sun placement, the house that it rules and how it interacts with the rest of our natal charts need to be taken into consideration to understand the impact of it during transits better.
