Full Moon in Pisces (31/08/2023)

Good afternoon,

Tomorrow (31/08), the last day of August, very early in the morning, at 02:36 UK time, there will be a Full Moon in Pisces. This means that the Sun in Virgo (07°25’) will be waving from the opposite side of the sky to the Moon in Pisces (07°25’).

If you don’t know by now that I have Moon in Pisces and I was born during a Full Moon in Pisces, today is the day that you are being aware of it by reading these lines😊) (Just a note, I wasn’t born on 31/08, so not my birthday, yet!)

So, the opening of the month was with a Full Moon and the sealing will be done with another Full Moon. Looking at the family phases, this Full Moon might be the peak point of something started around 02/03/2022 with New Moon in Pisces (12°06’). Good to refresh our memories about that period and how it might be manifesting for us at the moment taking into account in which house Pisces is in our charts.

Two full moons in a month, I don’t know what to say or think about it.

It is what it is.

What is it about the Full Moon?

It might be about completion, ending things sometimes in order to be able to open places for other things which might be more helpful in our journey. With New Moon, we start new things, open a fresh page and during the Full Moon we look back, see what served us until this point and decide accordingly what to leave behind and what to continue with.

It is also finding a balance, at least trying to find balance between our emotional world and identity, right?

The balance between a practical, analytical self-expression and a sensitive inner world, maybe making sure that we might express our emotions in a better way, without being hindered without our perfectionist mindset…However, we may put some boundaries in any case not to get lost in the depth of sea of dreams…

At the end of the day, we need both…Not giving up on any of them, we may just need to find the middle way if possible…It might be even considered the balance between the service -higher service, daily life and spiritual world.

And interestingly in the chart of this full moon, the only interaction the Moon and the Sun have with the sky is the conjunction of Moon and opposition of the Sun respectively with the retrograde Saturn in Pisces. There might be a bit revision about the loosening the reins of Saturn that might have a direct impact on the compassionate Moon and the methodical Sun.

The co-dispositors of the Moon are Neptune (in Pisces) also retrograde and Jupiter (in Taurus) soon to be retrograde😊)) The dispositor of the Sun is Mercury (in Virgo) retrograde.

I think that with all these slowed-down planets being part of this full moon might lead to some level of reflection more than normal…And not letting things getting out of control, especially our tears maybe…

Well, if you have placements in Virgo or Pisces around the above-mentioned degrees (you may need to look at the house in which Pisces and Virgo are), you may expect this sense of completion in particular areas of lives and being in need of a balance as I explained before. We may include the placements in other mutable signs, Gemini and Sagittarius, into the equation in these degrees, too.

Benim fikrimce dolunay ile ilintili bircok gezegenin geri harekette olmasi, yavaslamis olmalari hem yansitma hem de kontrolu kaybetmemek acisindan onem tasiyabilir…

Haritalarimizda yukarida belirttigim derecelerde ozellikle Basak ve Balik (bulunduklari evler dolunayin hangi yasam alanimizi etkileyebilecegi konusunda ipuclari verebilir) ve diger degisken burclar olan Ikizler ve Yay burclarinda yerlesimlerimiz varsa, bu dolunayin etkisi daha fazla gorulebilir.
